I typically inform clients that they must train two to three days a week with me and dedicate at least two days to independent work. Remember that if you work out less with me, you will have to do more on your own, and it could be challenging to retain your motivation over time.
The length of a life coaching programme depends on the individual and their goals. Some programmes may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.
